Auto duct line IV IS linear structure,consists of a metal frame, leveling beading,hydraulic notch and punch square ,hydraulic shears ,displacement type joint angle nipping machine,feeding platform to position the manip-ulator,double linkage flange machine(or optional single bone angle iron flange)full automatic computer control system.Blunt notch and punch square,shear plate adopts full hydraulic pressure system.Line IV is a cost-effective equipment wind pipe,cover an area of rela-tively small ,in addition to the purchase of hydraulic bending machine ,very suitable for TDF fangle ,TDC plug-in flanges,fange angle iron production ,theemaxi-mum feed speed is 16m/min the length error of +/- 0.5mm ,computer control system adopts closed -loop feedback ,guarantee stable precision.
